The Care Plan is the monthly maintenance plan that comes with every website we build, covering everything your website needs so you never have to worry about it again. It includes hosting, 24/7 uptime monitoring, critical fixes, SEO setup and ongoing monitoring, monthly performance reports, and up to 30 minutes of content changes each month.
We build the first version of your website for free and walk you through it on a call. Pricing is quoted afterwards, so you can see what your website would look like before making any commitments.
Having a website isn't enough if it doesn't show up when people search for you. Every website we build includes SEO (search engine optimization) covering structure, page titles, and content, specifically set up to push your business higher in Google results so the right customers find you. A website that looks good but doesn't bring in work isn't a finished website.
You see the first version of your website before paying or committing to anything. If it's not what you're looking for, you walk away owing nothing. If you want to move forward, you get two rounds of revisions to dial it in before launch.
You get the person actually building your site on every call, text, and email, no project managers translating your feedback into a ticket. Decisions happen faster, nothing gets lost in handoff, and the work stays consistent because one set of hands is doing all of it. The tradeoff is we take on fewer projects at once, which is also the point.
If you're on the Care Plan, I fix it. If you're not on the Care Plan, any critical issues within the first month are on me. After that, fixes are quoted separately, or you can add the Care Plan at any time.
